We develop our people through the following ways:

  • Have engineers educated overseas where the Brand Owner Education Center located, or assignment in its Development Center to work with developer in the new product and solution.
  • Send our engineers to the Product Owner skill development program to get certification to meet the Industry Skill Standard.
  • Internal Classes, conducted by MIP senior engineers at MIP Training Center.
  • Local Classes, conducted by local institutions.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITY
  1. Become 2nd level issue escalation and provide solution
  2. Coordinate and escalate to regional for any issue related to regional team
  3. Ensure Issue being log in system, key progress updated inside the system
  4. Provide analysis of issue and design a training or improvement to mitigate issue from recrurring in the future
  5. Provide necessary training to Helpdesk and relevant stakeholder to enable them solve the issue and provide proper support
  6. Lead and drive infrastructure project implementation
KEY TECHNICAL SKILL
  1. Good Communication Skill, English and Problem Identification
  2. Good Analysis and Problem Solving Skill in Infrastructure area
  3. Strong Infrastructure, Networking, Laptop and Desktop Configuration
  4. Basic Project Management and Time Management
KEY ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR
  1. Self Strater and take initiative
  2. Strong Teamwork and have a sense or urgency
  3. Willingness and ability to learn new things in a fast pace environment
KEY SKILL
  1. VMware, NAS, Active Directory, security data and Backup/restore experiences
  2. Window 10, office 365, SharePoint experiences
  3. Familiar with IOS and Android system
  4. CUG Experiences and Multimedia (Webinar experiences and Meeting room Equipment)
  5. Networking (CCNA preferable)
  6. JELA Test (JobStreet English Language Assessment) is mandatory
  7. Certificate : CCNA (Cisco Certified), MCSA (Microsoft Certified)
