DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English expert
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
  • Open Tickets through IT Portal/Slack/Call
  • Confirm the level of urgency to end users
  • Collect more information from end user regaring ticket
  • Control the tickets SLA
  • Communicate the ticket’s progress with end user
  • Give first call resolutions to end user
  • Update knowledge base
  • Escalate issues to L2 (Services Desk & Network Enginner Traveloka)
  • Escalate issues to SME (others vendor, principals, and experts)
  • Register cisco IP Phone and its extension number
  • Do remote troubleshooting
  • Track the tickets progress
  • Close the Tickets
  • Reply the message on Slack Channel
  • Create weekly report
